Product Returns Policy
You may return new items sold and fulfilled by Social Thinking Australia via www.socialthinking.com.au within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will only pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (i.e. you received an incorrect or defective item). If you have changed your mind regarding your purchase, you will have to pay for return shipping costs and we will only refund the purchase price of the product, we will not refund the charge for shipping the product to you in your original purchase. Again, this does not apply to defective items where all shipping costs are refundable/reimbursable. Any discounts received in purchasing the item(s) will be reflected in the refund.
Opened DVDs and CDs may only be exchanged for the same title. All other products must be returned in new condition. Please Note: Except in the case of faulty products, we will only refund your purchase price if the product(s) are returned in new condition, so be sure to package the products in such a way to avoid damage in transit back to us.
